Outdoor time is not only to be used for children 'to let off steam' and run off extra energy, it can also be used to create a connection to the outdoors and a sense of calm and relaxation.
We are going outdoors, rain or shine for this workshop! Meet us in an outdoor setting to show appreciation for the outdoors in our wonderful city and how we can extend this to the children we care for. If we have a great connection and appreciation for nature we can teach children to enjoy the serenity in nature as an aid to self-regulate.
You will be pleasantly surprised at how calm you feel at the end of this workshop!
